The recruiting process usually takes a few weeks from the time you receive your confirmation e-mail. Each profile is carefully reviewed by a talent acquisition advisor specialized in the field for which you have applied. You will be contacted if your profile matches the essential attributes for the position.

After a phone interview, you may be scheduled for a more in-depth interview so we can learn more about how your professional and/or technical expertise may apply to the job, and how your personality and experience line up with the corporate culture and long-term perspective of Cirque. For certain positions, interviews may be followed by assessment and simulation exercises.

Should you not be chosen for the job, your application will nevertheless remain in our international database, which our managers and talent acquisition advisors can access anytime. Therefore, you may be contacted for upcoming positions that correspond better to your profile.

Once the interviewing process is complete and we feel that you will make a great addition to our team, we will make you a formal offer. Should you decide to join our team on a temporary international assignment or a touring show, we will take care of any necessary work permits or visas, and have one of our taxation specialists contact you.
